The International World Wide Web Conference is the premier international forum to present and discuss progress in research, development, standards, and applications of the topics related to the Web. During 2015, the 24th Edition of this conference will be held in Italy (for the first time since its launch, 24 years ago), and will take place in Florence on 18th -22nd May 2015. Within this prestigious context, A12Lab is sponsoring a co-located event, titled “Made in Italy on the Web 2015”, which will take place on Tuesday 19th May 2015 che (9:15 – 17:30). The core topic of this event will be: “Crafting and executing digital marketing strategies: the Made in Italy Experience” > how to make Italian brands known internationally through digital channels.

In the morning session, after an academic keynote speaker, there will be a roundtable where companies that represent “Made in Italy” brands in the world will share their experiences (Alitalia, AS Roma, Barilla, Buccellati, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Hogan, Luxottica, Mastroberardino). In the afternoon session, there will be another roundtable where the digital enablers will share their views and comments on how to add value to the “made in Italy” brands going digital. Amazon, BCG, Facebook, Google,  Microsoft, PayPal,  RCS (Leading Italian publisher, Corriere della sera) and Yahoo! will be present.
